This book shows the estimation of change in criminality and why statistics in 1994, 1996 fixed decrease in criminality. Actual directions of struggle against modern criminality are located in the book along with a comparative table of dispositions clauses of the Special part of the Criminal Code of the USSR and the new Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Comments which account important com-parative analysis of statistical data about criminality before acceptance of the new Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are given.
