This book covers criminality analytical materials published in Russia from 1961-1995. Special attention is given to changes of criminality during reforms. Featuring an estimation of statistical data about criminality and previous convictions noted with data from criminological researches, including results of interrogation of the population, employees of law enforcement bodies and the condemned.
